Reservation

1. Upon booking, please provide your full name same as the passport, telephone number and credit card number for the air ticket in order to book air ticket.

2. Please submit remaining balance 45 days before departure. Otherwise we will forfeit the reservation.

3. Package will be delivered by USPS two to three week(s) before departure.

4. We require that Land Only passenger should check for the arrival time to the destination, and meet with the group either at airport or hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice 30 days before departure, cancellation fee $50; 30-16 days before departure, cancellation fee $100; 15-2 days before departure, cancellation fee $250; one day before departure, cancellation fee 35% of total tour price; On departure date and or after departure date, cancellation fee 100% of total tour price. (All above have not included any issued air ticket penalty subject to the regulation of airline, basically all issued and consolidated ticket should be non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable)

Responsibility

1. We reserve the rights to change any itinerary and hotels any time anywhere either for tour benefits, safety and or changes that beyond controlled or any other reasons. Any delay and or accidents not under our control or itinerary interruption, we are not responsible for any compensation.

2. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to few participants (at least 10 people per group) or safety issue. If cancelled, an alternate tour will be suggested, If that tour is unacceptable or no any tour to replace, we'll refund 100% of the paid tour fee with no additional liability and pension.

3. Visa fee (if required) is not refundable for any reason.

4. We are not liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense incurred by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, and or of any other persons.

5. We take no responsibility and all tour fare is non-refundable if tour members were rejected by immigration authority and or tour member leaves earlier before tour finished.

6. Tour members if withdrawn from any tour activities, (such as meal or visit with admission or sight-seeing or hotel lodging) no refund be made.

7. To ensure tour comfort, we reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to expel any person during the tour whose conduct is bad and affects group progress or interests.

8. We are not responsible for any kind of insurance, tour members must responsible for all insurance.
