Reservation

1. When d ecided the time of registration, please provide your full name on the passports, telephone number and credit card number for the air ticket in order to book tour .

2. P lease submit payment of remaining balance 30 days before departure, or else consider as forfeiting the reservation .

3. Package will be delivered by Fedex or USPS 2 nd Day Mail two to one week(s) before departure .

4. Land Only passenger will required to check for the arrival time to the destination, and meet with the group either at the airport or hotel .

Cancellation Policy

Written notice 30 days before departure, cancellation fee $50; 30-16 days before departure, cancellation fee $100; 15-2 days before departure, cancellation fee $250; one day before departure, cancellation fee 35% of total tour price; On departure date and or later, cancellation fee 100% of total tour price. (All above have not included any issued air ticket penalty subject to the regulation of airline, basically all issued consolidated ticket should be nonrefundable, non-changeable, nontransferable)

Responsibility

1. We reserve the rights of changing any itinerary and hotels any time any where either for tour benefits or safety or changes that could not be controlled or any other reasons. Any delay and or accidents not under our control and also itinerary interruption, we are not responsible for any compensation.

2. We reserve the right of canceling a tour due to less participants (at least 10 person per group) or safety reason. If cancelled, an alternate tour will be suggested, If that tour is unacceptable or no any tour to replace, we'll refund 100% of the paid tour fee with no additional liability and pension.

3. Visa fee (if required) not to be refund for any reason.

4. We take no responsibility any reason anywhere when tour member rejected for embarkation, tour fee no refund.

5. Tour members if withdrawn from any tour activities, (like meal or visit with admission or sight-seeing or hotel lodging) no refund be made.

5. We are not liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or of any other persons.

7. To ensure tour comfort, we reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to expel any person on the tour whose conduct is bad and affects group progress or interests.

8. We are not responsible for any kind of insurance, tour members must responsible for all insurance.
