Ljubljana—61km—Triglav National Park—7km—Lake Bled

<Itinerary>
After breakfast, we will take ★cable car up to Ljubljana Castle for a fantastic view of the city.
We will tour the following sites:
◎St Francis Church & the monument of poet Preseren.
◎The Triple Bridge, ◎The Dragon Bridge, ◎Town Hall, ◎Plecnik Colonnade
◎The Republic Square (Revolution Square: the Independence of Slovenia was declared here on June 26, 1991.
◎The Central Market, where many stalls sell everything from produce to daily use item.
Continue to Mount Triglav (three peaks), bordered with Italy and Austria. To◎ Lake Bohinj, then take★ the cable car up to Mount Vogel, part of the Julian Alps. From here immerse yourself with a stunning view of mountains and lake. We will overnight in Lake Bled, a wonderful resort town.

Day 4
Lake Bled—10km—Vintgar Gorge—10km—Lake Bled

<Itinerary>
Lake Bled is well known for its beautiful emerald, green color, surrounded by majestic Alps and forests.
The town features a little white church perched on the island in the center of the lake. ★ Bled Castle, A medieval castle, overlooking Lake Bled. Originally the castle was the Romanesque tower, in the Middle Ages more towers and courtyards were built. It has undergone several renovations to achieve its current structure. Optional Tour (at your own expense): you can take a wooden boat to explore the lake.
Continue to the ★Vintgar Gorge, a 0.99 miles long gorge located at the edge of Triglav. Explore the Gorge by walking the wooden pathway, marvel the lush greenery, towering cliffs, and waterfalls.

Day 5
Lake Bled—104km—Postojna Jama Cave—88km—Motovun, Croatia—63km—Optija

<Itinerary>
After breakfast, depart for Postojna. We will visit the 2nd largest cave in Europe–★Postojnska Jama (27 km in length, 115m deep and 562 meters above sea level). Travel down to the cave by ★cave train, you will see spectacular stalagmites and stalactites (Temperature inside the cave remains 46-50F, please wear warm clothing and proper shoes). Continue to Motovun in Croatia. A charming medieval hilltop town located in central Istria, perched 270 meters above sea level. Its soil being suitable for truffle cultivation, also known as
The” Truffle Town”. Walk pass the city gate, there stands ◎the Church of St Stephen in the town square, offering stunning city view. Tonight, we will overnight in Optija.

Day 6
Optija—172km—Zagreb

<Itinerary>
Opatija, once was the seaside resort for the Austro-Hungarian elite during the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After breakfast, stroll along the coastal promenade, ◎the Maiden with the Seagull, the landmark of Optija.
Continue to the Capital city of Zagreb, blending the elegance of Central Europe with the grandeur of Eastern Europe. Zagreb also plays a leading role in politics, economy, and culture. The city tour will follow:
◎Zagreb Cathedral of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
◎Church of St Mark, the roof is laid with colorful mosaic tiles.
◎The Stone Gate built in the 13th century, is the only surviving old city gate, showing the protective miracle of Virgin May.
◎The Lotrščak Tower, a rectangular Romanesque-style fortifications that has a cannon fires every day exactly at noon.
◎Ben Jelačić Square, the central square of the city, there is ◎Ben Jelačić Statue, who was the hero that defeated the Hungarians in 1848.

Day 7
Zagreb—103km—Rastoke—30km—Plitvice National Park

<Itinerary>
After breakfast, depart for Rastoke, famous for its well-preserved mills and waterfalls along the Slunjcica river and flow into the river Korana. Shortly after, to Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the oldest and largest national parks in Croatia. In 1979, Plitvice Lakes National Park was declared UNESCO World Heritage Site for its picturesque series of tufa lakes, caves, and connected waterfalls.
The national park consists of sixteen lakes in cascades, its distinctive colors from azure to green or blue are the result of the quantity of minerals or organisms in the water and the angle of sunlight. ★Taking a boat ride to the Lower Lakes area, you will be amazed by breathtaking views and natural landscapes.
Note: Tour the upper and lower Lakes may be affected by weather conditions, which could lead to partial closure or adjustment to visiting routes. Our tour itinerary will be based on the local weather condition of the day.

Plitvice National Park—118km—Zadar

<Itinerary>
After breakfast, cruising ★the Upper Lake by boat, enjoy many beautiful lakes, turquoise waters, travertine stone cliffs, and gushing waterfalls. (Note: Tour the upper and lower Lakes may be affected by weather conditions, which could lead to partial closure or adjustment to visiting routes. Our tour itinerary will be based on the local weather condition of the day.)
After lunch, to our next city, Zadar, situated on the Adriatic Sea. Upon arrival, the city tour will follow:
◎Roman Forum, the largest on the eastern side of the Adriatic, founded by the first Roman Emperor Augustus. ◎The Roman column still stands on the central square.
◎Church of St. Donatus, a round building from the 9th century in pre-Romanesque style. St. Donat Church has exceptional acoustic characteristics, it has been the venue for musical programs.
◎St. Anastasia’s Cathedral, built in the 12th to 13th century in Romanesque style, it is the largest cathedral in Dalmatia.
◎The Sea Organ, created by Nikola Bašić. It stretches out over 70 meters of the waterfront, below which,
at the level of the lowest low tide, 35 pipes of various lengths, diameters and slopes have been installed. The Sea Organ plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps.

Day 9
Zadar—87km—Krka National Par —120km—Split

<Itinerary>
After breakfast, depart for ★Krka National Park located in Sibenik-Knin County and encompasses an area of 109 square kilometers along the Krka River. It was formed to protect the Krka River. Skradinski buk is a massive natural pool with high waterfalls at one end and cascades at the other. It is the lowest waterfalls of the Krka River. In an area of 400 meters in length and 100 meter in width, there are 17 waterfalls. Skradinski buk is one of the most beautiful calcium-carbonate waterfalls in Europe. Continue to Split, the 2nd largest city of Croatia. The city tour will follow: ★Diocletian’s Palace, an ancient palace built by Roman emperor Diocletian as his retirement residence. The Palace was built of white local limestone and marble. This Palace is now a commercial and residential center. The courtyard in the center of the palace has become excellent gatherings and performances. ◎The Cathedral of St Domnus with 57 meter high of Bell Tower. ◎The Statue of Gregory of Nin is a busy tourist site because by rubbing the statue’s toe is to believe to bring good luck.

Day 10
Split—By Ferry (2 hours)—Hvar

<Itinerary>
The Dalmatian coastline is one of the most stunning stretches in the Adriatic Sea, it consists of hundreds of islands. Hvar Island, the fourth-largest island, was once listed by the Traveler Magazine as one of the top ten most beautiful islands in the world. Upon arrival, to ◎the Pjaca (the main square), and ◎the 17th-century St Stephen’s Cathedral. Walk around the main square, enjoy finding your favorite souvenirs or just relax in this wonderful town.

Day 11
Hvar—By Ferry—Kročula—By Ferry—Orebic—83km—Pocitelj, Bosnia & Herzegovina—38.4km—Mostar

<Itinerary>
This morning, we will take ferry to Kročula, located at the central Dalmatian archipelago. It is a quiet town with medieval city walls, winding narrow alleys full of Venetian charm. It is believed that Kročula was the birthplace of Marco Polo.
**Island hopping schedules may vary depending on the season, and if the ferry schedule change, our itinerary and meals may be modified accordingly.**
Počitelj, an open-air museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. Počitelj, has been ruled by the Austro-Hungarian, and Ottomans, during its peak, the old town established a complete set of public buildings, such as the bell tower, mosque, Turkish bathhouse. The stone houses blend Mediterranean and Ottoman Empire elements. The entire historic urban site and surrounding area suffered extensive damage during the 1992 – 1995 war. The rebuild plan is underway of United Nation’s restoration program.

Day 12
Mostar—125km—Sarajevo

<Itinerary>
Mostar is located in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina. ◎This historic town was developed in the 15th century as an Ottoman frontier town. Mostar was named after the bridge keeper (mostari) who guarded the Old Bridge over the Neretva during the Ottoman era. At the eastern bank of the Neretva River is the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, at the western bank is the cathedral of Saint James. ◎The Old Bridge was destroyed during the 1990s conflict, it was recently rebuilt and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.
Sarajevo is the capital and largest city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Due to its long history of religious and cultural diversity, Sarajevo is considered the “Jerusalem of Europe”. We will tour the following sites:
◎Sebilj Fontain, ◎The Latin Bridge, ◎Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, ◎The Jewish Museum. In the pedestrian promenade between Bascarsija and Ferhadija, mosques are located in the eastside, the westside are ★the Cathedral of the Nativity of Theotokos is the largest Serbian Orthodox church in Sarajevo.
★the Sacred Heart Cathedral (aka the Sarajevo Cathedral) is the largest cathedral in Sarajevo and the building is in the Neo-Gothic style. Sarajevo is the city where you can step into a mosque, synagogue, Catholic or Orthodox church in one single street.

<Itinerary>
Blagaj is a historic village located in the south-eastern region of the Mostar basin. Blagaj Tekija is a Dervish monastery built around 1520 with elements of Ottoman architecture style. It is situated at the base of a cliff, next to the river Buna. Its unique and picturesque location attracts visitors all over the world.
Ston is located at the south of Isthmus of the Pelješac peninsula. Because of its strategic position and rich saltwater, salt production contributed to the wealth of the Republic of Dubrovnik.
The 7 km long ◎Wall of Stone was built from 1358 to ensure protection from other countries. Even today, the harvesting of salt from the sea is till done in a traditional way, annual production is about 5000 tons.

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is located in the southern tip of the Dalmatia region of Croatia. After breakfast, city tour Will follow:
Through ◎Pile Gate to ◎Stradun promenade, to ◎Large Onofrio Fountain, there are 16 carved masks on the fountain. ◎St Franciscan Monastery, ◎The Luza Square, ◎Sponza Palace, ◎Dubrovnik Bell Tower, ◎Orlando Column, ◎St Blairse’s Church, ◎Dubrovnik Cathedral, ◎The Rector’s Palace, built in the Gothic style, but it also has Renaissance & Baroque elements. Walk up to★ the city wall, the highest point of the city walls is ◎the round tower-Fort Minčeta, where is the perfect place to have panoramic view of the city. ★Taking a cable car to the top of the hill is another way to enjoy the most spectacular views of Dubrovnik.

After breakfast to ◎Bay of Kotor, a winding bay of the Adriatic Sea in southwestern Montenegro.
It is said that Bay of Kotor is the southernmost fjord in Europe, surrounded by the rugged mountain peaks, scattered with dazzling blue coves, and dotted with medieval waterfront villages. ★Cruising by boat to ◎St George Island, a natural island with a 12th century church, and to ★Our Lady of the Rock Island. According to legend, fishermen saw Mary & the Child on the rock in 1452. Upon returning from each successful voyage, they laid a rock in the bay. Eventually it became an island, and a little “Our Lady of the Rock’ Church was built on the island. ★ Kotor Old Town, which has long been a strategic location with natural barriers provided by the bay. Enter the old town through ◎Sea Gate, you will find ◎St Tryphon Cathedral, a Romanesque architecture, contains a rich collection of artifacts. Continue to ★the City Wall for a spectacular view of the bay.
