<Itinerary>

After breakfast, depart for ◎Lake Chiem, a freshwater lake in Bavaria. There are three main islands on the lake, we will take ferry to the largest island, ★Herreninsel (aka Gentlemen’s Island ). It has a palace built by King Ludwig II in 1878 called Herrnchiemsee, which was meant to be a replica of the Palace of Versailles. The highlight of the palace is the Great Hall of Mirrors with 33 glass chandeliers, 7000 candles, showcasing the lavish decoration that surpass the Palace of Versailles in France
◎St. Gilgen is located in the north-western shore of the Lake Wolfgangsee, surrounded by beautiful blue lakes and stunning alpine forest.

◎St. Wofgang, located in central Austria, on the northern shore of the Lake Wolfgang. It used to be the Habsburg Royal family’s summer retreat. The St Wolfgang Church is a pilgrimage church with a late Gothic altarpiece by Michael Pacher completed in 1481.
Continue to ◎Hallstatt, known for its production of salt, dating back to prehistoric times. We will tour ★the salt mine, the oldest salt mine in the world. Take funicular up to the skywalk, then slide down the underground. A unique experience to learn geological formation, the history of mining salt thousands of years.

Hallstatt—75km—Eagle’s Nest—9.5km—Lake Königssee—78km—Czell am See or Kaprun

<Itinerary>

After breakfast, depart for ★Eagle’s Nest, a Nazi-constructed building perched on top of the summit of the Kehlsten. It was commissioned by Martin Bormann in 1937 and was completed in 13 months. This facility was used exclusively by the Nazi Party and Adolf Hitler visited here in his 50th birthday.
Our next stop is ◎Lake Königssee (King’s Lake), a natural lake in the southeast Berchtesgadener Land district of Bavaria. We will tour the lake by ★boat also to ◎St Bartholomӓ Monastery with red roof, surrounded by crystal emerald green lake, a picture-perfect place to relax.

After breakfast, depart for ◎Heiligenblut, located in a high valley of the High Tauern range within the Central Eastern Alps. A chapel at Heiligenblut containing a relic of ◎the Blood of Christ. According to the legend, a flask of the Holy Blood, which is today kept in a sacrament house, was brought here in 914 AD from the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople by a Danish knight. We will take ★cable car from Heiligenblut to Schareck Mountain lookout point at 2600 meters above sea level for spectacular panoramic view. Shortly after, drive along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road to Franz Joseph outlook point. The route is the highest surfaced mountain pass road in Austria, about 52 kilometers long with 36 hairpin bend. Along the way, you can enjoy stunning mountain peaks and natural landscapes. The most
Popular viewpoint was named after a visit by Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria and his consort Elisabeth (nicknamed SiSi) in 1856. It offers a panoramic view over the Pasterze Glacier, and the Grossglockne. It is considered one of the most magnificent scenic routes in Europe.

After breakfast, transfer to the train station to board ★Achensee Steam Cog railway to Lake Achen. The Achensee Steam Cog railway is Europe’s oldest cog railway operating since 1889. Lake Achen Is a lake in Tyrol, we will take ★Achensee Schifffahrt boat cruising the lake, then take ★Rofan Seilbahn Cable car to the top with amazing view of Lake Achen. Afterwards, continue to Innsbruck, The capital of the city of Tyrol and the fifth-largest city in Austria. Explore the medieval old town, From the ◎Triumphal Arch, the icon of Innsbruck—◎Golden Roof, churches, museums, a peaceful mountain town that you will enjoy.

Day 8

Innsbruck—Dolomiti, Italy

<Itinerary>

The Dolomites, also known as the Dolomite Mountains, are a mountain range in northeastern Italy. It covers 141,903 ha, and features some of the most beautiful mountain landscapes, with sheer cliffs and high density of narrow, and deep valleys. It also contains glacial landforms and karst systems. In 2009, the Dolomites were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After breakfast, we will take the ★cable car to Mount Seceda, located in Val Gardena, at the foot of the Parco Nature Reserve. The ride offers breathtaking views of the Dolomites and all the mountains in the south Tyrol. One side of the Mount Seceda is a green grassy slope, while the other side is a steep rock surface. A row of peaks rises sharply like a series of Jagged teeth, creating a unique formation.
◎St. Magdalena, a small mountain village located in the Villinöss Valley, known for beautiful landscapes. A walking tour from the village via St. Mgdalena Panorama Trail through St. Magdlena Church with majestic Geisler peaks in the backdrop, which is one of the most popular photographic locations.
◎Ortisei, located 1,236 meters above see level, surrounded by stunning mountain peaks. The town features traditional Alpine buildings, ancient churches, and wooden houses. While strolling the town, it makes you feel like stepping back in times

Dolomiti

<Itinerary>

After breakfast, we will take ★cable car up to ◎Alpe Di Siusi, a plateau, located in the western part of the Dolomites. It is the largest high-elevation Alpine meadow in Europe. Along the way, you will see vast rolling green meadows dotted with traditional wooden huts with the backdrop of the Dolomites mountains.
◎Lake Carezza, a small alpine lake, located in the western part of the Dolomiti. It is known for its emerald, green colors and its view of the Latemar mountain range.

◎Cinque Torri (Five Towers) is part of the Eastern Dolomites, a series of rock formation. The five Peaks in particular shape resembling sculptures crafted by nature. The breathtaking view makes you feel like you’re immersed in the grand canvas of nature.
◎Lago de Braies (Lake Braies) located at an altitude of about 1,500 meter above sea level within the Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature park. The lake was created by the barrage of the Prags River due to a landslide detached from the Herrstein. The lake is a very popular tourist destination because of the blue and emerald color and the natural landscape.

After breakfast, the city tour will follow:
★The Upper Belvedere Palace Art Gallery houses the greatest collection of Austrian art dating from the Middle Ages to the present day. The Graben street, the most elegant shopping street, lined with boutiques, cafes and the plaque column.
St. Stephen’s Cathedral with 137-meter-high spire and ornately patterned roof is the landmark of Vienna Haas House, located opposite of St. Stephen’s Cathedral on the corner of the Graben and the square.
It was designed by the Austrian architect Hans Hollein in the postmodernist style and very contract to St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
Ankeruhr Clock is a beautiful clock at the Hoher Market. At every hour, you can see one personality passing the bridge with background music. At 12 noon, 12 historical figures rotate slowly around the
clock.
