Today, we will take overnight flight to Delhi, the capital of India, arrive the next day.

Delhi City Tour:
◎Raj Ghat: The cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi
◎Red Fort: It was constructed by the Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan and served as the residence of The Mughal Emperors
◎Jama Masjid: The great mosque of Old Delhi, it can accommodate more than 25,000 people
★Qutb Minar: Built in the early 13th century, the red sandstone tower is named after the religious figure Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
★Humayun’s Tomb: It is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun and the first garden-tomb in India, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Day 4

Delhi/Varanasi-Sarnath-Varanasi

<Itinerary>

After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi—since the 6th century BC, Varanasi has been the destination for pilgrims who seek blessing and purification in the river’s holy waters.  Shortly after arrival, sightseeing tour will follow:
◎Sarnath: Located about 12 km from Varanasi, this is the location that Buddha gave his first sermon after his enlightenment
◎The Deer Park: Buddha initiated his first five disciples into the Buddhist monk-hood, here began one of the greatest religions of the world. There are temples, museum and many stupas in the park
◎Archeological Museum: This museum has great collection of artifacts and remains from the past, including Ashoka Pillar and many refined Buddha image of the buddha in Dharmachakra posture
◎Mulgandha Kuti Vihar: A modern temple erected by the Mahabodhi Society. Few steps away, Bodhi tree is planted from a branch of Holy Sri Maha Bodhi tree

Day 5

Varanasi-River Ganges/Khajuraho-Varanasi

<Itinerary>

★Early morning, transfer to the sacred River Ganges for morning boat ride to see the cremation Ghats and witness the living traditions of Hindu religion. Continue to Golden Temple and old city.
★Transfer to airport for flight to Khajuraho
◎Khajuraho: An archaeological site known for its sculptured temples dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu, and Jain patriarchs. Out of 85 original temples, only 20 are well preserved.  The engravings on these temples are sensual and erotic, depicting graceful intimate scenes of the human emotions and relationships

Day 6

Khahuraho-Orchha-Jhansi-Agra

<Itinerary>

After breakfast, transfer to historic Orchha, a beautiful medieval town was once the capital of Bundela Kings. City tour will follow. After lunch, ★board train (about 2 hours) from Jhansi Railway station and travel to Agra.

<Itinerary>

Agra City Tour:
◎Agra Fort: Built by Emperor Akbar and beautified with palaces and gardens by Jehangir. It was here that Shahjahan died after seven years of imprisonment
◎Marble store: You can see the process of marble inlay work
◎Sikandra Fort: We will visit the Tomb of Akbar the Great, built between 1605-1613. The buildings are constructed from red sandstone with white marble
◎Brief stop at Cashmere wool store

Day 8

Agra-Abhaneri-Jaipur

<Itinerary>

◎Early Morning, depart for Taj Mahal–one of the most graceful and extravagant monuments in India. A symbol of endless love and devotion of Emperor Shan Jehan to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Shortly after, transfer to Pink City – Jaipur via Abhaneri. Abhaneri is a village about 95km from Jaipur.
★We will visit Chand Baori (Step Well), a unique way to reserve rainwater during harvest season Jaipur City Tour:
◎City Palace: This beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jingh during his reign. The premises consist several buildings, various courtyards, galleries and Museum. The Museum contains paintings, photographs, textiles and arms that used in the past. There are two huge sterling silver vessels of 1.6 meters height and each with capacity of 4000 liters on display in the City Palace
◎Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace): A unique five-story exterior with 953 small windows. The original intention was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen
◎Birla Temple: Built entirely of white marble
◎Carpet factory to experience weaving art and Sari-Indian’s traditional clothing

★Amber Fort: After breakfast, we will ride an elephant to Amber Fort located high on the hill. It was built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh. Visit the Mirror Palace, famous of its inlaid panels and mirrored ceiling. Then we will travel down by jeep
◎brief photo stop at Water Palace: It used to be royal family retreat in the summer
◎Brief stop at Jewelry store

◎Gandhi Memorial Museum: The museum has many collections of relics, journals, photos related to Gandhi (If museum were closed, we will tour Raj Ghat)
