    1. Upon registration, you must provide your valid passport copy and deposit. Please make check payable: P & D Travel. Your passport must have at Least 6 months validation beyond the dates of travel and 2 blank Visa pages for stamping purposes.
    2. Balance is due by 60 days prior to departure date, we accept US dollar check or cash payment. If you pay by credit card, there is additional 3.5% processing fee will apply. If necessary, due to limited airline availability and in order to secure your reservation, we reserve the right to request you to pay airfare earlier. If your balance is not paid 60 days prior to departure date, we reserve the right to withdraw your registration and cancellation policy will also apply.
    3. Tour Package will be sent two to three week(s) prior to departure.
    4. If you purchase air ticket on your own, your arrival time to the first destination and your departure time from the last destination to US must be the same as our group. If not the same, you must arrange your own transportation to meet our group and to airport on the last day of the tour. If we purchase your airline tickets, and your arrival flight delayed, we will arrange transportation for you. Please do NOT purchase your airline ticket without checking with us for group status.
    5. Tour fare is per person based on shared twin room occupancy of standard room. Children who is 12-year-old and above will be considered as an adult tour fare. We cannot guarantee which floor your room will be assigned to and/or room size or connecting rooms. If you wish to upgrade your room to higher floor or room with view and/or luxury suite, you must inform us in advance and additional fee will apply. Single supplement is for one person staying at a single room with one single bed. If you request two beds for single use, there is additional fee will apply and must get approval from hotel.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • ** 120 days prior to departure date: US$200 per person
    ** 119 days to 60 days prior to departure date: US$300 per person
    ** 59 days to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour fare
    ** 29 days to 15 days prior to departure: 75% of total tour fare
    ** 14 days to 7 days prior to departure: 80% of total tour fare
    ** 7 days or less prior to departure and/or cancelled during the touring period: 100% of cost

    (Tour fare is Non-Transferable to other names and/or other services)

    For any train tickets, ferry tickets and admission reserved, if you cancel, we will check with local suppliers for cancellation penalty.

    For Airline tickets that is purchased and issued, if you cancel, airfare is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable, we will check with airline for cancellation penalty.

    Hotel Twin Room Cancellation Policy: If your roommate cancelled, the share with party will occupy a single room, the cancelled party is responsible for single supplement incurred

  • Airline Baggage:
  • In general, you’re allowed to bring one checked bag and one carry-on bag, this policy is based on the ticket price you purchase. If you purchase airfare that is not including any checked bags, you will be responsible for any checked bag fee incurred.

    We are not liable for any excess fee for overweight and over size luggage. Airline revise luggage policies frequently and often without notice. Please check with your airline for policy before departure. If your luggage is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged caused by airline, we are not responsible for any fee incurred. Baggage claim form MUST be filed within the carrier before leaving the airport.

  • Medical Travel Insurance:
  • ** If full payment paid 60 days prior to departure date, we offer medical travel insurance for US citizen only. For summary of the plan details on coverage, benefits, limitations and exclusions, please contact Travel Insurance Company.

    ** For any claims during the tour, you must pay first and obtain all necessary documents during tour period. After returning from your trip, you must submit claim to Travel Insurance company directly. We are not responsible to process your claim.

    ** If you need to purchase travel cancellation & interruption policy, please contact Travel Insurance Agency directly (we will provide contact info upon request).

  • Responsibility & General Rules:
  • We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or substitute sightseeing and hotels as deemed necessary. Any delay and itinerary interruption caused by extreme circumstances such as war, natural disaster, outbreak of disease, strike, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we are not responsible for any loss incurred.

    We are not responsible for any issue caused by airline (flight delayed, flight cancelled, airplane mechanical problems, airport shutdown).

    We reserve the right to cancel our tour due to not enough participants and/or safety issue, we will notify you 30 days prior to departure date for changes of departure date or refund paid tour fee.

    We are not liable for any damages, losses (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense incurred by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services and/or by airlines. Coach, train and ferry suppliers are not responsible for loss of luggage and personal property. You must report any loss or damage immediately at the time of the incident and obtain a written report from local authority for submission to your insurance provider.

    Visa: Clients are responsible to check with the respective consulates or visa agency to determine whether any visas are required. If we submit visa on your behalf, you must provide all required documents. If Consulate denies your visa for any reason, visa fee is non-refundable nor transferable. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the countries to be visited for current entry requirements.

    Your passport must have at least 6 months validation from the date returning from your trip. It is clients’ responsibility to ensure he/she travels with appropriate documents. We are not responsible if you were rejected for entry to our destination country. All tour fare is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you withdraw from any tour activities, (such as meal, sightseeing and hotel lodging), tour fares are not refundable.

    To ensure tour’s quality, we authorize our tour leader to expel any person during the touring period whose conduct is not appropriate and affects group’s progress and interests. All tour fare is not refundable and we shall have no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses (including but not limited to alternative accommodations and return transportation arrangements clients may incur after clients leave our tour).

    Children: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for children is 3. Most hotels do not permit children under 18 to occupy a room without an adult. Accompany adults are responsible for the safety of their children including to provide any necessary safety equipment.

    We reserve the right to adjust tour fares 30 days prior to departure date due to tax increase, foreign exchange rate fluctuation.

    If your arrival & departure date is not the same as our group, we are not responsible for your pre-and-post tour’s hotel accommodations nor transfer to hotel and/or airport. If you decide to leave tour in the middle of the tour, you are responsible for any airfare and hotel fee incurred.

    Guest is responsible for any additional fee incurred if caused by personal reason. This fee must be paid on the spot and cannot be reimbursed when guests return from our tour.

    Due to long journey, if you have medical condition to limit your participation in activities, please consult your doctor before registration. If you have medical condition, and you still want to join our tour, you must accompany by your family member. In Europe, motor coach generally does not facilitate with wheelchair, please understand that our tour leader will not be able to assist you due to liability. We reserve the right to not accepting any person whose health condition is not fit to our tours.

    There are many citywide conventions, tradeshows held in Europe, if our tour dates fall on those dates, it is extremely difficult to accommodate you in hotel located in the city center area. It is possible that our hotels will be outside of city center. Please also note that room size in Europe is generally smaller than US and Asia. Triple room is not very common, in general, triple room is two beds plus one cot (on request only) or sofa bed or one double bed plus one single bed. We strongly suggest you book two rooms if three people are traveling together.

    During the tour, our tour leader will assist you if you wish to do some shopping. After completing your purchase, if you have any issue about price, the quality of the products, tour leader is not responsible for taking care the whole processes on your behalf, you are the sole person who needs to take care this issue. Please be familiarized with U.S. government’s customs regulations when returning to U.S. We are not responsible for any problems incurred.
